Legal form and representation

Simple partnership under Art. 530 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO). Partners: Dylan Malzach and Sophian Hardouzi.

A simple partnership has no legal personality of its own and is not entered in the commercial register. It acts through its partners, who are jointly and severally liable without limitation for obligations arising from the joint activity.

Value added tax

A simple partnership becomes liable for VAT as soon as its relevant annual turnover reaches the statutory threshold. As long as no UID or VAT number is listed here, we are not entered in the VAT register of the Swiss Federal Tax Administration and do not charge VAT on our invoices. As soon as we are registered, we will add the number here.

Controller under data protection law

WebVoyage, simple partnership, is the controller within the meaning of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, the controller under Art. 4(7) GDPR. Details on the processing of personal data can be found in our privacy policy.

Requests concerning your rights as a data subject, such as access, rectification or erasure, can be sent informally to info@webvoyage.ch. We usually answer such requests within one month of receipt.

Dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

Swiss law applies exclusively to contracts and disputes in connection with this website and our services. The place of jurisdiction is the seat of the partnership in Erlenbach ZH, as far as legally permissible. Mandatory statutory places of jurisdiction, in particular those protecting consumers, are expressly reserved.
